BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp classes give you the perfect mix of cardio and strength on and off the Tread so you can train to be your best. Find class types including themed bodyweight and targeted Bootcamp classes, Run + Strength and Walk + Strength. Experience a blend of cardio on the Tread (sprinting, running or walking) and strength training on the floor using body weight exercises, free weights and resistance bands. You’ll also find class options that target specific muscle groups during the floor portion of the class.

Whether you’re looking to build your speed or endurance or training for a race, Peloton Running classes will keep your cardio training fresh. Taking place entirely on the Tread, Running class types include everything from beginner and low-intensity runs, to hills, speed, race prep, heart rate zone runs and music-driven fun runs.

Get in a low-impact workout with a Peloton Walking class. Taking place entirely on the Tread, Walking class types include power walks, hikes, distance walks, walk + run classes and music-driven fun walks.
